摘要: Adsorption of helium on free, negatively charged fullerenes is studied in this work. Helium nanodroplets have been doped with and ionised by electron attachment. For suitable experimental conditions, C−60 C−70 anions are found to be complexed a large number atoms. Prominent anomalies the ion abundances indicate high stability commensurate 1×1 phase which all hollow adsorption sites occupied one atom each. The energy for an additional about 40% less than atoms layer, similar our previous findings fullerene cations agreement theoretical dissociation energies. Similarly, anomaly occurs when 60 attached or 65 C−70. C60, coincides observed cationic complexes but C70 it does not.
