摘要: Abstract Possible connections between magnetism and atomic structure in AlMn AlSiMn icosahedral amorphous phases are critically reviewed. The magnetic entropy, when analyzed an RKKY model, indicates a strong anticlustering of the spins. This is interpreted terms symmetry induced moments with environment around each site, extending to ≈ three shells. structural unit called “magnetic amorphon”. role Si also discussed this context.
