摘要: Abstract In borehole heat exchangers (BHE), grouting material plays a significant role in the transfer between ground and carrier fluid pipes. To guarantee proper sealing capacity of materials, grout must also fulfill suitable hydraulic mechanical properties. This paper evaluates performance various through thermal, laboratory characterizations. particular, addition graphite powder to improve thermal properties is tested. parallel, characteristics two different widely used commercial materials (i.e. bentonite-based silica sand-based materials) are investigated. Afterwards, specific exchange rate resistance assessed experimentally 1 × 1 × 1 m 3 sandbox under, successively, dry sand fully water-saturated conditions. During operations, monitored temperatures good agreement with analytical predictions. study demonstrates that homemade admixture prepared 5% natural flake can be considered as an appropriate for BHEs regarding its rheological thermo-physical Thermally-enhanced interest high conductivity (such saturated sand) because it minimizes BHE.
