摘要: Due to environmental pollution, wild animals are exposed various pollutants. Some game animals, such as boars used by people for food, but their meat is not evaluated regarding pollution transfer, since they unavailable on the official market. The aim of this paper present concentrations chosen metals (Cd, Co, Cu, Hg, Pb, and Zn) in kidneys, liver, muscles (n = 40) hunted eastern Slovakia, derivatives physiological distribution anthropogenic pollution. We found that sex was a statistically significant factor metal concentrations. Tissue differences were observed all studied except Co. Cd, Hg showed highest median kidney tissue with lowest muscle (2.73, 3.78, 0.061 μg/g w.w., respectively). Zn concentration noted liver tissue. Co Cu varied according age groups. Correlations between especially strong; relationships Among potential given tissues, only relationship, albeit weak, Pb seem be extremely high, EU maximum permitted residue levels Cd meat, none samples fully fit human consumption. TWI risk also excessive both metals.
