摘要: Increasing the racial and ethnic diversity of health care workforce is essential for adequate provision culturally competent to our nation’s burgeoning minority communities. A diverse will help expand access underserved, foster research in neglected areas societal need, enrich pool managers policymakers meet needs a populace. The long-term solution achieving professions depends upon fundamental reforms country’s precollege education system. Until these occur, affirmative action tools schools are critical workforce.
