摘要: Abstract This review and workshop summary examines the interactions of airborne materials with environmental surfaces, particularly vegetative canopies. Key objectives were to: (1) describe physical chemical characteristics pollutants in air surrounding various receptors; (2) determine if existing concepts information adequately transfer material from atmosphere to (3) assess capability for predicting consequences between atmospheric substances vegetation (4) needs regarding conditions mechanisms regulating deposition uptake by vegetation. Although findings have been updated using recent literature, nearly all original conclusions remain valid pertinent.
