Recent advances in clinical assessment of control of breathing

摘要: In the present review I have attempted to show that use of simple noninvasive techniques and careful analysis breathing pattern has led new hypotheses about disorder in ventilatory control patients with respiratory disease. Clearly, further investigation is needed before this complicated aspect physiopathology fully understood. Nevertheless, recent advances field provided enough information allow emergence a more coherent picture. Thus, while many problems remain, questions be pursued future research been somewhat clarified.
