摘要: Hybrid male mice were exposed to 2.45 GHz microwaves for 30 min/day, 6 days a week two consecutive weeks at power densities of 1.0, 100 or 400 W m-2, with sham-exposed controls. Rectal temperatures before and after exposure measured on 1, 12. Measurements made day 1 treated caution because heterogeneity in rectal taken between the groups given different treatments. On 12, rose by approximately degree C sham exposed, m-2 m-2. Only group was mean rise temperature during (about 3 degrees C) significantly increased above value. In killed 2-3 treatment (mainly meiotic exposure) frequencies chromosome aberrations spermatocytes showed no significant although highest frequency 1.5 per cent (400 m-2) density. Another exposures (spermatogonial sampling) increase over controls aberration frequency. There small but sperm count increasing density 12-13 exposure, non-significant one those as spermatogonia (killed 41 later). Thus effects markedly less severe than reported previously Manikowska-Czerska et al. (1985) very similar radiation regime probably caused enhancement.
