摘要: Background Marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can differentiate into specific phenotypes, including chondrocytes, and have been widely used for cartilage tissue engineering. However, grafts from MSCs exhibit phenotypic alternations after implantation, matrix calcification vascular ingrowth.
