摘要: Background and objective It has been proven that gp96 plays an important role in specific cytotoxic immune response which is involved anti-tumor effect the body. The aim of this study to investigate biological significance heat shock protein immune-related gene CTLA-4, CD8 expressions lung cancer tissues different progressive stages. Methods We used Envision immunohistochemistry method detect levels expression gp96, tissue microarray, contained 89 primary tissues, 12 lymph node metastasis precancerous lesions 10 normal analyzed relationship between their clinicopathological parameters. Results (1) positive rate was remarkably higher than lesion (P 0.05). CTLA-4 closely related age differentiation clinical stage rates were squamous cell carcinoma SCLC, respectively. (3) There correlation CTLA-4; there negative CD8, (P<0.05). Conclusion Gene PD-L1 on line can decrease cytolytic CTL target cells.
