摘要: Embryonic stem (ES) cells are derived from the blastocyst and have potential to give rise derivatives of each germ layer. Induced pluripotent (iPS) can be lineage-restricted cells, such as fibroblasts lymphocytes, by forced expression specific transcription factors. iPS transcriptionally epigenetically similar ES cells. Although recent studies indicate that Kruppel-like factors (KLFs) essential for both maintenance cell self-renewal reprogramming somatic into a state, molecular mechanism these processes remains unknown. Thus, understanding Klfs is important efficient generation patient-specific development regenerative medicine.
