An overview of imaging techniques for liver metastases management

摘要: Evaluation of liver metastases is one the most common indications for imaging. Imaging plays a key role in assessment metastases. A variety imaging techniques, including ultrasonography, computed tomography, MRI and PET combined with CT scan are available diagnosis, planning treatment, follow-up treatment response. In this paper, authors present contribution each different techniques their evaluation management. Following recent developments field oncology, also importance response to therapy. Finally, future perspectives on presented.
