摘要: The significance of hot-gas corrosion structural ceramics is shown by some examples from industrial applications these materials. Mechanical properties such as strength, creep, fatigue behaviour are strongly dependent on the atmosphere at high temperatures. Basic studies show influence second phases in ceramic material, oxygen partial pressure, nitrogen, sulfur and chlorine strength silicon carbide ceramics. resistance SiSiC against S02 S03 oxidizing gases demonstrated. Porous SiC filter material was found to withstand regeneration without affecting its or gas permeability.
