摘要: The authors provide a significant interpretation of the National Eye Institute-sponsored Multicenter Uveitis Steroid Treatment study, in which patients with severe, non-infectious intermediate, posterior, or panuveitis were randomly assigned to receive local treatment using sutured intravitreal fluocinolone acetonide implant systemic consisting oral steroids and conventional steroid-sparing immunosuppression, primary outcome visual acuity at 2 years follow-up. also present evidence-based guidance for noninfectious posterior segment involving uveitis.
