摘要: In vivo imaging is a powerful approach to study biological processes. Beyond cellular methods, in studies allow for stimuli (small molecules or proteins) be studied their native environment. This has the potential aid discovery of new biology and guide development diagnostics therapies diseases. To ensure selectivity an observable readout, probe field shifting towards activity-based sensing (ABS) approaches near-infrared (NIR) modalities. perspective will highlight recent ABS applications that utilize NIR platforms.
