摘要: : Atopic eczema is one of the most common chronic inflammatory skin diseases, with a prevalence at least 10% in children and 0.5–1% adults. The disease shows drastically increasing tendency. This article provides an overview pathophysiology, pathomechanisms, prevention, treatment atopic eczema. We present therapeutic concept that integrates all aspects complex pathophysiology prerequisite for individualized successful treatment. based on intervention elimination exogenous provocation factors. Particular attention given to unconventional therapy options such as phytotherapy, which are attracting patients many countries, possible effects, side interactions other drugs discussed.
