摘要: An abnormal injection current density through SiO2 has been observed recently for both signs of charge carriers in experiments with an oriented carbyne film grown on a layer. The absence surface leakage and the insulating property were experimentally proved. temperature dependence showed low activation energy confirmed model thermally activated injection. A strong influence electric field applied transverse to carbon chains was observed. energetic barrier reduction at interface based hypothesis inter-chain hopping proposed. It shown that can be induced as one-dimensional media. first organic light emitting device carbyne-based effective injector fabricated.
