摘要: Background:  Several cytokines have a pathological association with idiopathic steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome (ISSNS) in inducing proteinuria or regulating T cells. Because interleukin (IL)-7 plays important roles T-cell proliferation and sustaining naive memory cells, IL-7 is one of the candidate pathogenesis ISSNS. Very little known, however, about To clarify dynamics children ISSNS, serum level was investigated, from phase before steroid treatment (STx; group A1) to remission STx (group A2) without A3). Methods:  Eighteen ISSNS were included present study. A total 25 paired samples analyzed for groups A1 A2, 10 A1, A3 due recurrence. Two control (with normal urinalysis, B; other than C), matched age gender, also included. Serum cytokine measured on bead-based assay. Results:  Each higher each C B, respectively. The A2 that A1. There no statistical significance between A3. Conclusion:  elevated regardless status disease. This brings us step closer better understanding pathophysiology children.
