摘要: A rapid, sensitive method was developed for the simultaneous assay of catecholamines and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid in rat brain tissue. The is simple, involving only tissue disruption, adsorption catechols onto alumina, desorption, injection into a reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography system. Selectivity high sensitivity are obtained using electrochemical detection. addition determination to assays allows one observe effects pharmacological maniqulations on vivo monoamine oxidase activity and/or turnover dopamine as well catecholamine concentrations.
