摘要: Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus (BmNPV) is one of the primary pathogens that causes severe economic losses to sericulture. Comparative transcriptomics analysis has been widely applied explore antiviral mechanism in resistant strains. Here, identify genes involved BmNPV infection, we identified differentially expressed (DEGs) and performed weighted gene co-expression network (WGCNA) between two strains: strain 871 (susceptible infection) near-isogenic 871C (resistant BmNPV). Our results showed 400 were associated with resistance 871C, 76 related susceptibility 871. In addition, correlation DEGs WGCNA 40 highly strain. Among them, BGIBMGA004291 was most noticeable. We further effect BGIBMGA004291, which encoded a multiprotein bridge factor 2 (MBF2) family member (MBF2-10), on viral infection cells. data suggested MBF2-10 inhibited infection. Taken together, this study specific module trait correlations strains resistance-related gene. These findings promising candidate activity, aiding molecular mechanisms
