摘要: ABSTRACT This study aimed to produce microencapsulated probiotic Pseudoalteromonas piscicida (1Ub) and evaluate it with prebiotic mannan-oligosaccharide (MOS) through the enrichment of Artemia sp., on bacterial population, growth performances, immune responses, disease resistance Pacific white shrimp larvae. Microencapsulation was done by freeze-drying method. The larvae were reared for 13 days fed sp. enriched microcapsule 1Ub (10 g/L), prebiotic MOS (12 mg/L), synbiotic, control without administration prebiotic, including negative (C-) positive (C+) control. On day 14, all experimental except C- challenged immersion method Vibrio harveyi MR5339 7 CFU/mL). showed that 1Ub, MOS, synbiotic could increase bacteria Moreover, treatment demonstrated best result compared other treatments.
