摘要: Abstract Silica alumina and silicoaluminophosphate-based molecular sieves were investigated by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. For all network elements, only one symmetrical peak the binding energy was observed, indicating a very homogeneous distribution electron densities around atoms throughout lattice. Nevertheless, strongest effects are related to most nearest-neighbor environment. The energies Si2p, O1s, AI2p in silica increased with increasing concentration aluminum. Phosphorus decreases oxygen without large effect upon either aluminum or silicon. implication these observations for polar properties sieve networks their thermal stabilities discussed.
