Annealing Effect and Tunability of BaZr 0.08 Ti 0.92 O 3 Polycrystal Grown in N 2 Gas Atmosphere by Floating Zone Technique

摘要: In the atmosphere of gas, BaZ polycrystal was grown by floating zone technique using ceramics as a feed and SrTi (1l0) single cystal seed. The dielectric constant loss at 10 kHz, 100 1 MHz for as-grown sample were measured function temperature in range between -10 150 to find peak with frequency dispersion Curie point. hysteresis loop showed that had very small polarization which 0-0.01 C/ applied dc-electric fields from -7 kV/cm +7 kV/cm. However, normal appeared after oxygen annealing. electric-field dependence both post-annealed samples studied measuring constants biased-electric their tunability figured out it room temperature(27 ) cryotemperature( -73). Tunability 51 % figure merit 20.4 10kHz biased 12 may be increased up 80 if electric field 25 is applied. 41 10.3 kHz kV /cm. Post-annealing improved crystallinity but decreased its tunability.ability.
