摘要: Acute rejection of allogeneic and semiallogeneic marrow grafts has long been considered to be a function the natural immune system because it shares many features with NK activity in mice. With use recently developed vivo adoptive transfer assay which spleen cells are transferred from mice able reject particular graft into that fail do so, we show responsible for induction indeed display phenotype cells: they lack T cell Ag CD4 CD8 but express NK1 ASGM1. The induced by adoptively is exquisitely specific--a feature points specific recognition process cells. To elucidate what structure on these may found CD3 most likely beta-chain TCR. Highly purified responder NK1+, CD3+, CD4-, CD8- phenotype, when nonresponder recipients, cause rejection. We conclude acute bone caused expresses lineage. This suggest specificity involves
