摘要: A process for producing a conjugated diene polymer in which with narrow molecular weight distribution and high cis-bond content can be easily produced at low cost. This comprises the polymerization step of polymerizing compound use catalyst composition containing rare earth element-containing or reaction product Lewis base, aluminoxane and/or an organoaluminum iodine-containing to thereby obtain having cis-1, 4-bond 98.5 mass% higher ratio (Mw/Mn) average (Mw) number (Mn) 2.5 less measured by gel permeation chromatography.
