摘要: It is well established that the autologous mixed lymphocyte reaction (AMLR) represents an immunologic response of T cells to surface antigens on nonT cells. Autologous culture (AMLC) has been shown possess two main attributes immune responses : specificity and memory. AMLC stimulation may result in a variety effector immunoregulatory activities. We were interested predominantly latter aspects, namely, generation suppressor AMLC. The critical role stimulating belongs class II MHC antigens, any expressing (B cells, monocytes, activated cells) are able stimulate reactivity. Cells responding lymphocytes, recent investigations have demonstrated proliferating T4 lymphocytes (Engleman et al. 1981). Isolated T8 unable proliferate AMLC, presumably, because lack interleukin 2 (II.-2) production by these Ability restored if (as source II-2) or exogenous IL-2 added (Romain 1984). Nevertheless, even under circumstances, relative contribution proliferative much greater than (Kotani In this communication, we describe activity generated attempt analyze cellular interactions involved phenomenon, at level functionally heterogeneous subpopulations within major cell subsets.
