摘要: Measurements and Results: Positions P180 and, S90 resulted, respectively, in the lowest highest apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) (3 ± 1 vs 25 2, P < 0.001), while P90 (18 3, 0.001) S180 (13 5, 0.01) gave intermediate values. In position S90, an increase slow wave sleep stage (28% 3% 22% 3%, 0.05) a decrease REM (10% 2% 18% 2%, were also observed. CPAP resulted reduction AHI (8 27 0.01), with added benefit of consolidation. Conclusion: By mimicking human pathogenic conditions, we have developed new reversible animal model OSA.
