摘要: An isolated monoclonal antibody or fragment thereof binding prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) preferably in its native form on the surface of tumour cells. A conjugate with an active ingredient and modified forms antigen-binding are also provided. The complete antigen- recognising used alone conjugated for treatment diagnosis tumours tissues associated to overexpressing PSMA antigen, prostatic neoplastic diseases.
