摘要: We report the successful monolithic integration of a GaInasp/lnP single-mode ΔK directional coupler switch with 4-section tunable multiple-quantum-well distributed Bragg reflector laser. obtain several mW output power through switch, ˜10dB crosstalk either from internal laser source or external light injected parallel input port.
