摘要: For surface dielectric barrier discharge in air, we examined the effect of titanium dioxide on various regions active electrode electrical parameters discharge, its emission spectra, and for demonstration obtained results also concentration ozone produced by discharge. We used form nine interconnected parallel strips a square counter electrode. The TiO2 layer covered either only strips, region between or all As reference without any TiO2. found that direct application potential has version when are with TiO2, because is highest investigated cases.
