摘要: We have studied the oscillator strength of lowest 1s heavy excitons in GaAs-AlAs quantum wells as a function well-layer thickness by means optical absorption. The is largely enhanced with decrease thickness. result first full experimental observation two-dimensional shrinkage exciton wave wells.
