摘要: –  This prospective study examined the yearly incidence of traumatic injuries to primary teeth. The aim was find out more about dental teeth in Norwegian children. performed one county Norway involving approximately 20 000 children age group 1–8 years. Twenty-seven public clinics and 42 dentists participated. attended information calibration meetings received illustrations classification trauma as well examples how fill forms correctly. Two hundred sixty-six were involved, including 447 teeth, recorded during a 1-year registration period (2003). 1.3% with 3.5-year old being most accident-prone. Boys significantly often injured than girls, 164 versus 102 (P < 0.001). upper central incisors involved (92%), non-significant difference between right left side. minor periodontal dominated (59%). Hard tissue far less frequent (13%). Avulsions observed 6.5% intrusions 7.5% children, 5.5% 5% Most occurred either at home (38%) or kindergarten (32%). Sixty-two percentage falling accidents sustained children's play, 25% pure playing accidents. Conclusion:  In aged 1–8 years, predominance boys, common tooth luxations maxillary incisors, an 3.5 years. As traumas play and/or consequence falls, these are difficult prevent. However, follow ups should be carried disclose pulpal complications developmental disturbances permanent successors.
