摘要: In villages of north-western Vietnam land allocation provided a window in which different conceptions relations came to light. Villagers resisted the implementation key elements new legislation, though law purported extend people's control. Their resistance manifested fundamental disjuncture between exclusive and territorial concept rights promoted lived relations.
