摘要: The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact organisational and structural change on evolution quality safety in health organisations, specifically mental services.,Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews. In total, 25 executive management team members both public private services interviewed data analysed using Burnard’s framework.,Three overarching themes emerged: characteristics, leadership accountability; sustaining collaboration engagement with stakeholders; challenges facilitators safety. Taken together, findings speak disruptive disorienting on-going restructuring leaders’ ability focus on, advance, agenda.,Typical qualitative research nature, potentially limited generalisability must be acknowledged.,There a need for strategies implement that are informed by evidence theory decades topic, rather than introduced ad hoc. Change agents pair effective implementation science specific contexts, depending what being implemented ensure appropriate evaluation bolster base around inform future decision-making.,The study explores an identified gap literature re-structuring transformation services.
