摘要: Photogeneration of charge carriers in a methyl-substituted ladder-poly(para-phenylene) (LPPP) has been investigated by xerographic experiments. The quantum efficiency carrier generation was calculated evaluating the photoinduced discharge curves (PIDCs) and found to be independent both excitation wavelength temperature. results can described modified Braun theory with simple exponential distribution radii thermalized electrons. LPPP shows very high primary 80%, low residual potential, small dark decay. Thus, represents promising material build single component single-layer photoreceptors.
