摘要: Agile methods and Scrum especially have drawn the attention of large software industry. Whilst originally accepted as a way working for small companies teams, more organizations adopted method their primary vehicle delivering value to customers. This transformation is not always without difficulties, however. One particular issue that seldom develop on own but rather typically use massive amounts subcontractors meet sky-rocketing demand new software. Only few experiences been reported how agile teams in organization succeed when they are networked with hundreds different distributed global development space. paper reports based 5 years practicing together subcontractors. Results reveal often team's performance significantly hurt by having non-agile participating frameworks used defining contracting structures far behind from today's needs, leading many problems practice.
