摘要: For a period of approximately 36 years (1922–1958), the only official method for determination vitamin D in biologic fluids, tissues and feedstuffs was rat line test described by McCollum, et al. (1). This based on curative effects treatment, with supposition that after rickets is established rats they were all cured lesion addition to rachitogenic diet.
