摘要: Ankle and foot traumata are the most common injuries encountered in a trauma department. While previous times bony lesions were frequent indications for imaging, nowadays soft tissue, ligamentous, cartilage, bone marrow abnormalities occupy this position. This change has been brought about by introduction of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) computed tomography (CT) routine clinical work.
