摘要: Hydatid disease (HD) is a parasitic infection caused by larvae of Echinococcus granulosus. HD may affect almost any part the body. Cardiac involvement in uncommon, constituting only 0.5-2% all cases hydatidosis. Here, we present 29-year-old male patient with right ventricular hydatid cyst treated surgically. Surgery still remains treatment choice management HD. We also believe that routine echocardiographic screening be useful endemic regions where infestation common.
