Evaluating the Pathogenicity of Nematodes Infecting Roses at Taif Governorate, KSA.

摘要: Roses continue to be one of the most popular flowers in garden landscape and have pharmaceutical uses. In Taif, cultivation Taify rose creates more income than vegetables or crops. Saudi Arabia, nematodes are becoming a real threat almost all crops they been considered as limiting factors crop production. There is no information on nematode communities infecting plants its pathogenicity at present. this study, distribution roses important species cultivars were investigated Taif governorate. Results indicated presence seven genera plant parasitic nematodes, belonging 7 families soil samples collected from three localities farms. Among localities, genera, Meloidogyne, Rotylenchulus, Xiphinema Pratylenchus seemed prevailing pests. None tested was immune M. incognita infection. Sultany cultivar can classified resistant host, whereas rated susceptible host
