摘要: The magnetic properties and crystallization temperatures of alloys in the ternary Fe-B-Si system are reported. Curie temperature increases slightly on replacement boron by silicon. This results a sharp ridge relatively constant room-temperature saturation magnetization extending from Fe 80 B 20 to 82 12 Si 6 . coercivity exhibits broad minimum, both before after stress relief annealing, region around 81 15 4 at least 77 13 10 with increasing silicon decreasing iron boron. generally easier prepare amorphous state than binary Fe-B alloys. Thus for highest alloy combined ease preparation, stability, lowest losses, between 17 2 preferred.
