摘要: Selective contracting by health insurers and channelling patients to contracted providers is crucial in a care system based on managed competition, as this should lead better value for money delivery of healthcare. However, an important consequence enrolees that interfere with their choice provider. This scoping review aims find out what known about selective from the enrolee's perspective. Is it being done how do feel role insurer provider choice? A literature search was conducted, and, addition, experts were consulted extra information documents. Results show are practised several countries. mostly through negative financial incentives, which also found be most effective strategy. very restrictions introduced insurer. results feeling less satisfaction with, trust in, insurers. Choice respect since more satisfied plans when they have chosen them themselves. Future research focus people weigh different attributes if implemented manner acceptable enrolees.
