摘要: Summary The benefits of warfarin therapy are substantial in the prevention arterial and venous thrombosis, primary secondary stroke related to non-rheumatic atrial fibrillation. major risk is bleeding, which can cause significant morbidity or mortality. If bleeding high then alternatives therapeutic doses may be considered, although their efficacy suboptimal not eliminate bleeding. Constantly review patient’s circumstances order weigh up harms treatment with warfarin.
