摘要: This chapter addresses the phenomenon of cross-border healthcare in European Union (EU) light constitutional framework Lisbon Treaty. The analysis focuses on latest developments case law Court Justice and recently adopted Directive 2011/24/EU. solutions envisaged therein are assessed against binding nature Charter fundamental rights, status EU citizenship, general principle solidarity.
