Wode i suchą biomase (DWB) świezej biomasie oznaczono za pomocą wymarzania. Zawartośc wyekstrahowanego eteru tluszczu (FAT) suchej biomasy beztluszczowej (LDB) DWB przy uzyciu ekstraktora Goldfisha.
