摘要: We have developed an all-NbN-integrated dc SQUID magnetometer for future applications in the higher operating temperature by taking advantage of NbN films’ critical about 16 K. Our is fabricated on a single crystal MgO (100) substrate, consisting epitaxial NbN/AlN/NbN Josephson junctions, Ti/Pd shunt resistors, and top 400-nm-thick wiring layer. The current, inductance, resistance are set at 20 μA, 240 pH, 1 Ω, respectively. measured current–voltage characteristics, voltage–flux characteristics flux noise superconductive niobium shield 4.2 K. In locked loop operation mode, exhibits excellent performances with level 6 μΦ0 /√Hz white region. corner frequency only 10 Hz. Based calibrated magnetic field sensitivity 1.7 nT/Φ0 magnetically shielded room, resolution 10 fT/√Hz achieved.
