摘要: Understanding experience is a critical issue for variety of professions, especially design. To understand and the user that results from interacting with products, designers conduct situated research activities focused on interactions between people results. This paper attempts to clarify in interactive systems. We characterize current approaches number disciplines, present framework designing system. show how can be applied by members multidisciplinary team generate kinds experiences new product system designs might offer.
