摘要: Topoisomerase 1 (TOPO-1) and carboxylesterase 2 (CES-2) are found to play crucial roles in the pathogenesis of various cancers. The prognostic role TOPO-1 CES-2 patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) who underwent irinotecan chemotherapy was largely unknown. In current study, we assessed expression mCRC analyzed its potential relevance based therapy. A total 98 were included this study. tissues evaluated by immunohistochemistry. For TOPO-1, 46 showed high 52 low expression. CES-2, 53 45 correlation between or clinicopathological characteristics analyzed.
