摘要: According to a new Transportation Research Board policy study, the fairness of given type finance mechanism—such as high-occupancy toll lanes, cordon tolls, and other emerging evolving road-pricing solutions—depends on how it is structured, what transportation alternatives are offered users, which aspects equity deemed most important. This article summarizes conlcusions recommendations study committee.
