摘要: Abstract Mossbauer studies at room and liquid nitrogen temperatures were carried out on synthetic, slowly cooled quenched samples of CuFeSe 2 . The iron ion is found to be in the ionic state F 3+ A small quadrupole splitting observed due a slight distortion from tetrahedral symmetry.
